In the heart of the Thônes Valley, between Lake Annecy and the Aravis ski resorts, this tastefully decorated gîte is housed in an old renovated farmhouse with traditional local features. Access to outdoor spa at no extra charge.
66 m² duplex gîte for 5 people, in a fully renovated former farmhouse dating from 1780, which also includes 2 other gîtes, the 3 units being completely independent.

On the ground floor, a 33.45 m² living room, with :
- a kitchen including a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, raclette and fondue machines, a central island

- a living room with sofa, coffee table, armchairs, TV and a wood-burning stove,
- a corridor with access to a separate WC and storage cupboard,

- 11.50 m² CH LACHAT with attic (160x200 bed),
- CH FENIL 14.20 m² with attic (180x190 bed separable into 2 90 beds, 1 90x190 bed),

Direct and free access to the outdoor SPA for 6 people (jacuzzi), by reservation (open all year round, heated to 38° in winter). Reserved for adults and children over 12.

Centre of Thônes (many shops) 2.5 km away. Supermarket 1.5 km away. Skiing: Aravis ski resorts (La Clusaz, Grand Bornand) 8.5 km, Manigod 15 km. Lake Annecy 16.5 km, Annecy 24 km. Numerous walks and via ferrata nearby. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio.
