Chalet Les Pellys is a three-storey chalet for up to 15 guests, with six bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room.
Set in a spectacular location in the mountains, 500m above the village of Samoëns, it's just a short drive to the Samoëns 1600 ski station.
The separate kitchen, which features two dishwashers, two ovens and two fridges, has its own covered terrace with wonderful mountain views. A second terrace, leading to the garden, includes a large gas barbecue, a hot tub, and a pétanque area. A large dining table can be set up on either terrace depending on the sun.
The layout of the bedrooms means a group of families travelling together can all have their own space, with four family suites on the top floor and two separate rooms on the first floor. And with a games/cinema room as well as the main living room, there's plenty of room for everyone to get together in the evenings. Enjoy a film, a chat around the fire or perhaps a little star-gazing from the hot tub – the choice is yours.
The chalet also features a large garden, where you can go sledding in the winter as well as play a game of pétanque in the summer.

The maximum occupancy of the property is 15 people. In accordance with the fire safety regulations, the property complies with the provisions of the January 31, 1986 decree (later amended) for residential buildings. As the property isn't classified as an establishement that provides public access, the maximum occupancy of the chalet must not exceed 15 in order for it to comply with the provisions of the decree of 22 June 1990 related to establishments that provide public access. For a few weeks during the summer, cows graze on part of the property's grounds, adding an authentic Alpine touch that children are sure to enjoy. A discreet fence is installed during this period to ensure they do not disturb the guests.
The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up
before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for
up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.
