“The Champaign Garden Inn is an absolute gem — a beautifully restored historic home that radiates charm from the moment you step inside. Every room feels thoughtfully curated, blending vintage character with modern comfort. The location couldn’t be better: a quiet, tree‑lined neighborhood within easy walking distance of the park and downtown Champaign’s wonderful restaurants. Our stay was peaceful, cozy, and genuinely memorable. I can’t recommend this lovely inn highly enough.”

“Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. The whirl pool tub was fantastic. Breakfast had a lot of grab and go options. Great tea assortment! A little pricey, but well worth it.”

“Maybe the nicest B&B we have ever stayed at. It is just as charming as the photos. Lovely architecture, perfectly preserved. We had the upstairs balcony all to ourselves. We had off street parking, but the street has almost no traffic. Walked a few blocks through a big park to downtown where there are plenty of restaurants with outdoor seating. I think the "City of New Orleans" left the Amtrak station while we were eating just two blocks away. Magical. Truly a stay for us to remember.”

“We love staying here, and have been here previously at least once. The only negative is having to carry your luggage up to the second floor. Breakfast is self serve of a huge selection of frozen entrées, beverages and snacks. The large city park a block away is a delight to go to for a jog in the morning.”

“The property was very cute. It is very well maintained and the property manager was very responsive. The directions were very detailed and the reviews also We stayed in San Francisco suite, which had 2 rooms and Jack & Jill bathroom, great for 4 travelers. Only had 2 concerns. The master bedroom mattress was too soft and we didn’t get the rest we expected. Second was the bath tub, it definitely had character but one of us was not careful and got bruised while getting out, ie the tub is too high. Overall we had very positive experience, thank you!”

“Kind host, generous breakfast. The Santa Barbara room has a NOTICEABLE smell of wet old carpet. We had to keep windows open; If you are sensitive for smells this movie not be the room for you. ”
