Convenient location, in a safe, central neighbourhood. Near a lidl and a dm which is great!. Nice and clean, the mattresses were super comfortable and we had great sleep. Our room was facing the school and it was still very quiet even during the day.
Negative:
Noisy from time to time because of construction work in the building, but that would be temporary, but in our case it was a bit of a bother for work calls.
It would be great if there were coat hangers and – for stays longer than a day – additional rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags and towels. Also, brand new small dishwashing sponges for each new guest.

Great attention to detail from the host, there was some fruit for us, and a treat for the dog. It's a small thing, but it does matter.
The place is very new, the bed is comfy, the bathroom is good.
Negative:
Not THAT big of a deal, but it would be nice to have a place to dry some clothes, in particular swimsuits, as going swimming is common for summer stays.

It was the perfect cozy size for the price. There’s a fridge, stovetop, coffee machine and a really comfortable bed and huge TV. The convenience of having LIDL and DM right downstairs was super and the neighbordhood was very charming - little cafes and stores nearby and a 10 minute walk from the center.
The bonus was the exceptionally cute cat concierge 🐱
Negative:
The only odd thing was that it was still being furnished and finished, so there were a some cardboard boxes lined on the hallway floor.
