Apto. bem localizado, próximo ao centro e aos meios de transporte para turistas em Madrid. Muito bom??
Muy bien el piso. Súper limpio, apenas para una familia o grupo pequeño. Muy bien ubicado, lugar silencioso, está ubicado en el 6 piso, pero tienen ascensor.
Location: The apartment is located 5 minutes of walk from the Estacion del Arte metro, which is 3 stations away from the city center.We usually walked there by foot for about 30 minutes. The Retiro park is 10 minutes away by foot. The Atosha railway station is also 5-10 minutes away. Few small supermarkets are in a proximity of 1-2 minutes. The neighborhood is save and people are pretty nice.Apartment: Very cozy, pretty small, but was just OK for a family with 2 kids as one bed can be opened to 2 sleeping places or one can sleep on the couch in the living room. The apartment is very clean, the busy road can't be heard as the windows face the rear.Communication: Jose (Daniel) are really responsive, one can expect them to answer within several minutes.
