Located on a quiet side street on the southern portion of Plum Island, it is a short 2-minute walk to the beach. The sunny first floor is open concept living, dining and kitchen areas; one bedroom (queen bed); and a full bathroom. A French door leads down to the cozy, finished basement where the second bedroom (2 twin beds) and third sleeping area (queen bed with closet) are located. Additional features include a five foot high completely fenced-in back yard (well-behaved pets considered with owner's prior permission), many decks (front, back, top), off-street parking for four cars, laundry facilities, 50' Smart LCD HDTV, surround sound and Bose wireless speaker for your iPod/Phone, wireless internet service, Weber gas grill, and an outside hot/cold shower. This house is turn key, everything you could think of is included - just bring your bathing suit, food & beverages! More importantly, our rates are inclusive of cleaning. There is no smoking permitted anywhere on the premises. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. The location was perfect for the family. The beach was close. Waves were huge because of the hurricane going by. I had a chance to neet up with old friends.
