While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.
✔For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.

✅ Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.

✅ Please be aware that during a burn ban, no open flames are permitted, including propane fire pits and tables. We appreciate your help in keeping the community safe by following this restriction.

✅ Quiet hours for outdoor amenities are from 11 PM to 8 AM.

✅ Use of the hot tub, in-ground pool, fire pit, and grill area is at your own risk. Life preservers should be worn by anyone unable to swim and by children at all times. Do not leave children unattended in the pool. Children should not use the hot tub.

✅ Fireworks are illegal and not allowed under any circumstances.

✅ Pool is available on Memorial Day, until October 1.

✅ Please note that we provide a limited amount of starter supplies for your convenience, such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and other basic necessities. These supplies should be sufficient for the first few days of your stay. For additional supplies, guests are encouraged to either purchase from nearby stores or bring extra items with them to ensure a comfortable stay. We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.

✅ Use of the fire pit during windy days is prohibited to prevent forest fires. Please do not leave garbage around the fire pit area.

✅ Do not add any additional chemicals, fragrances, soaps, or bubbles to the pool.

✅ The person who books the stay must be present at the property for the entire duration of the stay. No booking for others without attending the property, including prom gatherings and senior week gatherings. Parents, please do not book for your kids. We will cancel the reservation.

✅ Absolutely no underage drinking. We will immediately cancel the reservation. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
