Positive:
The house was big enough for 4 Adults and an 8year old, to have your own space, great enclosed garden with views of the sea. Very peaceful and relaxing. Especially sat in the summer house with your morning cuppa.
Negative:
The house is on a very steep hill, so you need to be quite fit for walks back up from the beach. Which is a tiny beach with lots of rocks to walk over, sinking mud when the tide is out and only really accessible early morning or late afternoon. Need to drive tk freshwater East for peaceful proper sandy beach.

Fantastic place to stay with sea views.. Kids and all family had nice time with near by attractios.
Negative:
Parking bit tight as Infront of house cars parked making difficult with downhill. But must stay location

Loved the location. View of the estuary & the docks was lovely & surprisingly peaceful.
House was quite clean.
Negative:
No corkscrew, had to borrow one from neighbour. Living room chairs & sofa not very comfortable. Outside area a bit tatty & sunroom needs a good clean! Garden chairs broken
