It was very convenient, being on the T. View was amazing. Working in the lobby living room was awesome.

First time stay, no parking or valet so be prepared to search for spot to pull over to unload if you drive and then find permanent parking, Staff was very friendly & helpful at check-in and check- out. The room was small but very modern and clean., the bathroom sink area had no space for your toiletries and the lighting wasn’t bright enough in there for the wife’s liking. Using the rooms IPad for lighting and curtains/ TV controls was pretty cool and easy to navigate once we got use to it. Having to pay for the buffet breakfast was disappointing considering how much we paid to stay there but there was a wide variety of items to choose from but for the price they charged I wouldn’t do it again. There is a Dunkin right down the street with in walking distance. Plenty of Restaurants and bars in area which came in handy after the Sox game… The second floor lobby area was pretty neat with lots of space for lounging and the free Wi-Fi connection was good….overall it was a good stay.

We enjoyed our weekend at CitizenM. Such a convenient hotel to shopping and Fenway and the bar and outside lounge area were so nice to come back to after a long day. Smart room controls are so much better than old thermostat you can’t understand and you don’t have to get up every time you want yo turn something on or off.

Amazing and unique hotel. The view, the room, the bed, the sheets all 5star for sure!! The iPad for the tv was not working but the battery operated remote for the tv was in the bed drawer and it worked well. The gym was perfect, loved everything that it had. Will absolutely stay here again on our next trip. It is so perfect in location to the MGM Music Hall which is what we came for and will again.

Great location. Wish there were glasses and coffee maker in room. iPad control net easy to use.

Think - Container hotel. That’s what I our room felt like to me. Our room was narrow and small. I knew it was going to be on the smallish side but didn’t think it was going to be as small as it was. We had a king bed, just not a lot of room to place stuff or hang stuff. Not sure if this hotel had two beds in some of the rooms. Maybe these rooms were larger? I would recommend this hotel for a single person and/or a couple that doesn’t have a lot of luggage. We personally didn’t have much luggage and were still needing more space. The bathroom and shower felt like being in an RV to me. Good thing we weren’t in Boston to stay in our the room. The rest of the hotel, like the lobby and the outside terrace, was gorgeous and my favorite space - Very modern. Also everything is self check in and you have an iPad in the rooms to control lights, tv, etc… so if you are not tech savvy you won’t like this hotel. It wasn’t hard to learn how to use the iPad once you play around with the settings. Keep in mind also that this hotel is a coworking space but it wasn’t a big deal for me.

The room are TINY relative to the cost! It was an extremely expensive and yet the room was just so very small.

The room was too small for the price. I didn’t like being surprised by that when I got to hotel. Sink is outside of bathroom- it felt like a really swanky NYC studio apartment. Not my style of hotel for the price. But it was close enough to Fenway. So it fit the bill. Wouldn’t stay again.

It was a perfect location and very clean and high tech of a room.

The room was clean and just what we needed. The breakfast and coffee is expensive. It looked good, but we passed. Good location and had fun. We will stay here again. Staff was excellent. Helpful, kind and cheerful.
