The hotel is fun and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast could have more variety. Parking is far for seniors with constrained walking and expensive.

This is the first time staying at one of these properties, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. The room was small, but modern and comfortable. I loved having the bed up against a huge window looking out over the city - a nice touch. The self-check in was new to me, but it was fast and easy. The food at the the rooftop bar was incredible. All and all, I'll definitely be staying here again, and I will look for the same property in other cities going forward if traveling solo.

Great spot if you're seeing the Red Sox at Fenway or shopping on Newbury. Rooms are very small though.

Very modern and trendy… fun atmosphere. Conveniently located for Fenway events. Lots of comfortable space to socialize or chill out in lobby bar/outside area. Great breakfast! Would absolutely book again.

I stayed there for 2 nights while moving my son into an apartment for school at BU. The room is extremely small, but efficient and had everything I needed. The shower was nice and the bed was comfy. I ate breakfast there 1 morning ($22). It was very good and came with a custom coffee. Definitely recommend for a solo or couple traveler.

Loved our stay here. It’s a great location with a beautiful view and a nice vibe. The breakfast and coffee were really good and the bed was comfy. No complaints for our first time at a citizenM. Will be back!

Messy clean up after fixing à broken curtain. Paper rags and latex gloves left by my window Alleged quiet room but I heard people opening doors and bumping around often.

This hotel is perfect if you plan to explore Boston and spend little time in the room. When you're there the bed is comfy, the blackout shades are other worldly (you should set an alarm because you won't know when the sun is up!), and the amenities and convenience is great. The smaller rooms are probably better for a solo traveler but I was in an accessible room because they weren't sold out and it would have been great for a couple.

Rooms were small and poorly laid out. Facility had no kind of small convenience store, or anything of that nature.

Staff were polite and helpful. No Ice machine on the floors! That was inappropriate . And not give us cups!!! The hotel website says cups r available from the bars , but they were not. Servers said they don’t have cups. I wanted to buy a juice from the bar, and the bartenders said they don’t have any; then how to they mix drinks like screwdrivers, rum drinks, etc.?! That’s a lie. If there’s no water available then tell us on the website. And the rooms r very small but they say that on the website. they r clean. And quiet.
