Positive: Excellent location. If you don’t mind walking, you can go everywhere to enjoy the city. You have all types of shops, restaurants and pubs around.
Negative: There’s a big window to improve their cleaning standards. An upgrade on their fittings would be a good idea or at least a repair. And if you’re planning to stay more than 3 days, you better get your own toiletries, tissue paper included, as per contract you’ll receive a tiny portion of these and they won’t refill it.

Location was excellent, closely located to two metro stations and bus stops and walking distance to Sol.
Double bed was bigger than expected so didn't end up using the pull out sofa as a bed.
Air con worked wonderfully but the apartment has limits for included energy use which is explained in the apartment, with a recommended temperature of 24-25°C. Elevator worked which was a relief when staying on the 4th floor.
Would happily stay here again.
Negative:
Cooker hob was a standard electric hob so took a while to heat up and cook with.
Fridge/Freezer was not the easiest to access as it was a free standing unit in a cupboard, making handles difficult to use.

The location was good, kitchen good equipped, nice shower, good bed, very nice building, beautiful staircase.
Negative:
The safe did not work but staff was nice and changed it quite fast. Unfortunately the did not inform me before entering the apartment, as it is written in their policy, and i was sadly surprised by 2 workers that had their tools on my bed sheets and had removed my cloth from the cupboard,
Very unpleasant feeling of invading my privacy.
