City Ranch - Valrico | House in Valrico

We rented this property due to the proximity to family locally but we were pleasantly surprised at how close it was to several restaurants, a Publix, coffee shop and lots more!! The house looks like an older ranch on the outside, however inside it’s more modern and cute. We had our 2 very small grandchildren with us and there was not a ton of things to take up to keep out of their hands. There was 6 adults for us and the two children and plenty of space! The outside space was nice with plenty of seating and pool floats. We had one minor issue when we first arrived and the owner jumped right on it and it did not affect our stay at all. Great communication! We enjoyed this stay and would definitely stay again and recommended it to other family members from out of state

We enjoyed the property. Wish we could have used the pool but too cold at this time of year (March). Property is well maintained. Didn't realize it was on a busy road but didn't bother us sleeping. It was close to the activities we were doing.

There were 5 adults staying in the house to attend a family event. The space was very comfortable for our 3 night stay. The main road was very busy and when outside there was a bit of noise but the house was quiet inside. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were just okay. Overall we would stay again since our family lives in the area making it very convenient when we are visiting them.

I was helping a charity down the street so the location was ideal. There was a coffee shop walking distance so that was convenient.

Home and pool were clean. Host very responsive to our needs.Near a busy road but traffic noise wasn't that noticeable. Conveniently located near grocery store and restaurants.

The house was perfect. I forgot to pack a blanket and was pleasantly surprised to find one waiting on the bed upon my arrival. Little details like that make all the difference.

My adult son, his girlfriend, and I enjoyed the home during our stay. The pool was a refreshing respite at the end of each day. I will definitely request another stay in the home on my next visit.

Overall the stay was excellent:) Several towels had a strong musty dirty odor and had to be wash before using. There are no extra pillows in the home and as an adult 1 pillow on my bed just wasn’t enough! There were only a couple rolls of Toilet and we had to go buy toilet paper and paper towels. The fainting couch cushion was so broke down and dingy looking we covered it with a blanket before sitting on it- definitely needs to be replaced. We had 5 adults and it had to be used but was SO uncomfortable!!!
