Friendly staff and the owner. The owner Maya is very responsive and caring.
Though we didn't meet, but maybe next time 🙂
overall great value for money. While it's slightly away from the main CBD, it's easily accessible. Security is good, with guards on duty and a controlled main gate. The surrounding neighborhood is also safe. It has small kitchen with all amenities available inside
Negative:
One area for improvement is housekeeping. Despite staying for three days, no cleaning service was provided. I would also suggest that the owner address the humid smell inside the rooms to improve guest comfort.

I enjoyed how clean the space was,and how special attention was placed like a fresh new bar of soap,and free toothpaste and toothbrushes.There was also basic necessities available,like sugar,coffee,salt n tea..which made things alot easier
