Have my place all to yourself! Spacious 3rd floor unit with a balcony. Building has a pool and laundry room in every floor. Grocery stores, restaurants, night club, convenient stores, beauty salon and massage across the street. 1 mile from the beautiful Balboa Lake. TV, AC/Heater, full kitchen (pots, pans, utensils…etc), fridge, exercise equipment (be careful!) Clean bed sheets, pillow covers, comforters and towels. One designated parking spot inside lot and free street parking.
