The hotel staff was very rude. I booked the hotel a month in advance then called that same day to make sure that they could have us in a bottom room since I had my to older in~laws with me they said yes then I called a week before I checked in to make sure they were able to give us a bottom room they said Yes. When we arrived they said no rooms was available on the bottom floor also check in was at 2pm I got there around 3:30pm so it's not as if I was super late getting there... Also they had a group of 5 people in the parking lot pass 11pm each night I stayed being loud drinking and so on... But I'll also say that for a small town little motel It was very clean. I won't be back to stay due to how rude the owner was to us when telling us he didn't have a bottom floor I would have still been upset not as much if he could have been kind about the issue. That itself would have went along way with me... Being kind doesn't cost anything in life.
Overall the staff and property and cleanliness of the room was okay. But, spent Friday Saturday and Sunday with a TV that did not work. Although I wasn't there for TV it would have been nice to have a working TV.
Room is really outdated. Our room floor was dirty. The toilet was loose and moved when you used it.
