“Good location and clean rooms.”

“This was one of the best places we stayed in the last two weeks. It was well maintained, you could tell the owners cared about the property. It looks newly renovated and it was well done. The owner was quick to respond to a concern that turned out to be us, not the facility. The location is a couple blocks from a local beach. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay there, again.”

“We had an upper floor room with two beds and it was well appointed and very clean. The decor in the room appears to have been recently modernized and updated, including paint and the bathroom fixtures, so it seems fresh. The property is advertised as mid-century modern and it might squeak by as that, but the outside could use some updating as well. The room cleaning staff we met were very nice and communication with the management was clear. The self serve breakfast was sufficient to get the day going and the area where served was spotless.”

“Would suggest a few hangers and some place to hang clothes. Some towels racks to dry towels after showering.”

“Great location and loved that the room felt like home. Not the standard white sheets and white “crunchy” towels. They were things you would use at home. Also enjoyed the free coffee in the room. Only stayed for one day since we came in for a wedding but would go back if in the area”

“Great little spot! Easy, turnkey, spotless and crazy comfy beds! Returning in September, happy with the booking.”

“There wasn’t any staff on duty at the location. Everything was done via text messages. Breakfast was nothing special and the listing should say that the rooms have keurig coffee makers and we were expecting a regular drip coffee pot. Tub was very slippery to stand in for a shower so be careful. I expected more than what was offered for $182 per night but you really don’t know what you get until you are there.”
