Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the unit (includes vaping, incense, etc.) No parties or events. Any violation will result in immediate expulsion from the property without refund. Please also refrain from loud music, especially in the evening. A $100 charge will be added for lost keys

Very clean home with all the amenities Andrew was awesome as our host Close by to the bay care sound to see a concert Easy walk A real nice comfortable place and we would not hesitate to return
Property certainly met and in some cases exceeded our expectations. Location was very quite and convenient to to Clearwater Island, Dunedin and other locations that have become our favorites.
