“The property itself is very nice, lots of pools. There's a little bar by the pool, but it closes at 5pm so after that you have to get out of the property for dining and drinks. No elevators, if you're on the third floor you have to take your luggage up and down yourself, they don't help with that unless you get private transportation with the hotel. You can't leave any dishes in the sink but they charge for housekeeping. The brochure in the room said you can pay for the beach club per day, but at reception they said you had to pay a whole amount per stay. They didn't have anyone to help us with our luggage to get out of the property, so we had to walk. They also do pool maintenance kind of late, which is
