“My friends and I absolutely loved this stay. We appreciated the helpful and kind staff. The property was in great condition. We felt very safe during our entire stay. Some of the towels were not fully cleaned, but there is a free laundry machine in our apartment. The space was large and had all the amenities we needed to cook and clean. There were three beds (surprising because we thought there was only 2): a king, a queen, and a twin. The property is a little far from the town center, but if you're up for a nice walk, it's not a problem. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone. ”

“Very nice place - well kept and CLEAN! Loved it. Easy access to the main road where you can take a cab. The staff are very nice and very responsive. I wish we had stayed longer ! ”

“Super clean hotel with 2 large master bedrooms and K-size beds. The room has full kitchen with cookwares and silverwares, but you have to buy seasonings, oils for cooking. It has washer and dryer, but you have to buy detergent and softener. It has microwave, coffee maker, baking oven, smoothie maker, TV with a free Netflix account in place. There are 7 to 8 spots right in the front of the hotel where you can park your car. Highly recommended.”

“We enjoyed having such a spacious apartment and a washer/dryer. The ac worked well, and the beds were comfortable. We had problems with the internet and hot water, but it was still a pretty good place for the price. ”

“Upsides: Very clean and new apartment, strong air conditioner, protected by security guard and a locked gate. Management was flexible when I needed to shorten stay due to coronavirus. Downsides: I found it hard to get a response from management through phone, messages or email. I also felt a little uneasy walking home at night to the property -- it's just a bit far out of town. Also, it would be great if they added some basic condiments (e.g. salt, cooking oil) to make it easier to cook.”

“Not sure how old is the apartment, but the apartment feels like everything brand new. Supper clean, very big and nice. Very affordable for family visit. We rented one of the biggest apartment in the top floor, three rooms, three bathroom. Much cheaper then going for hotel and have much bigger space. The washer and dryer looks very clean as well. There is security watch over the place, we felt very safe. ”

“As you, I was researching places to stay in Tulum. I'm thrilled I decided to stay at Coco Village. First off, the people are SO friendly. The place is clean and safe. Now, let's talk about the actual place. I reserved a 'second floor' unit that overlooked the pool. It was huge (over 1,000 square feet) and more than I needed. The WIFI worked perfectly, the kitchen was WAY better than the one I have at home, and having two bathrooms ensured my girlfriend and I wouldn't bump into each other when getting ready. :D Honestly, I give this hotel a "98%" with the only "2% discount" being that you may not get a parking spot right by the door as they only have about 10 spots (otherwise you park alongside the dirt road) and...yes...I mentioned a "dirt road" which you'll need to travel down for about 200 yards. Finally, there's no elevators so if you book the penthouse just know you're going to be lugging your suitcase(s) up two flights. Otherwise, this is a fantastic value and you should book it immediately!”
