COLOSSEUM VIEW EXCLUSIVE APT | Apartment in Monti, Rome

Francesca is lovely and very personable. She was prompt in all of her responses whenever I contacted her. She explained what we could find in the neighborhood and how things worked in the apartment. The views of the Colisseum from the apartment are stunning and the location is great for all the sights in Rome.

We stayed at this lovely flat for four nights. We were a group of four, my husband and I, our 14 year old son and my 84 year old dad. There was plenty of space for us to enjoy family time or have quiet time. Don’t t let 180 sq meters scare those of you from the US. The flat is spacious (1700ish)and comfy. Francesca left thoughtful snacks including yogurt, cookies, eggs, milk and breakfast cakes. She was helpful with suggestions on things to do as well. We would highly recommend!

Apartment was “as advertised.” Great views of coliseum- excellent location- and plenty of space! The apartment was a nice mix of “old Italy” and modern updates (bathrooms were updated very nicely). Francesca was delightful- very pleasant to work with and extremely responsive. We would highly recommend this property!!

Perfect location

This was a beautiful and spacious city apartment . It was elegant in furnishings yet very comfortable. The views out all the windows were exactly what we hoped for , including seeing the Coliseum off in the near distance- particularly lovely to see at night. Aside from the views and lovely apartment esthetic, the other factors that set it aside were: snacks and breakfast items provided, water bottles, juice and milk stocked in the refrigerator. After so much traveling it was welcoming to see these items when we first entered! It was a very thoughtful touch and was just enough to make toast, etc. for breakfast and was greatly appreciated especially since we had our three young boys with us. Other items included were umbrellas, electrical adaptors and nice toiletries in all bathrooms. These are all small things and not every VRBO thinks of them, but they can make for a more comfortable stay. Oh, and by the way, it smelled beautiful when we first entered ! So, in summary, we would absolutely recommend this lovely apartment for your stay in Rome...
