“The hotel lobby was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. We stayed there for a wedding close by and it was convenient for us. I would stay again if in the area.”

“Breakfast just simple and shower a little dated”

“The front desk staff had an attitude whenever we had issues or a question and visibly treated different members of our party differently. The elevators were very creaky and upon check out one of the elevators had an alarm going off and when we brought this to the attention of staff, we were told “it’s fine just ignore it”. The walls are also incredibly thin, so be mindful of the volume of the your own speaking voice in your own room if you do not want management knocking on the door. If you have any requests, questions or issues with your room, you will have to go down to the front desk to directly handle them because the phone in our room did not work either. Other reviews have also stated it, but the property lists the pool as an amenity, but you do have to pay an additional fee to get waterpark passes. Overall our stay was uncomfortable.”

“The room was really nice. The beds and pillows were comfy. We weren’t able to connect to Netflix but that was fine. Game room had a few broken machines, pool table and hockey was out of order as well. Claw machine was rigged. We had a nice breakfast so all in all it was a good stay.”

“the only complaint is that there didn't seem to be a breakfast attendant like I see at other places that provide breakfast. we got there towards the end of breakfast and it was a bit of a mess. syrup spills, food on the counter, the drink dispenser fallovers full. unusuallu tip the attendant but none was present.”

“Overall good experience. Some faulty shower plumbing issues. The room was very nice. The staff was accommodating and attentive.”

“Waterpark, is 2 slides and a very small lazy river for $45 a day. Extra per person. And hours are small. No pool. No hot tub. No microwave in room, no shampoo conditioner or body wash. NO COFFEE EXCEPT FOR BREAKFAST. Hand written and typed signs everywhere, ie breakfast area for breakfast only... what in the actual? Will not stay or recommend this place again unless they change their policies. 2 slides is not a Waterpark.”

“I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and inviting. The lobby was spacious and also the breakfast eating area. The variety of breakfast foods was good. The staff was very helpful and when I asked for extra blankets and towels they brought them to the room immediately. I booked a room for 5 and was surprised at the size. It was like a suite. I then booked another room for the next night and it was spacious too. The only negative was that the Safari Joe swim area was not fully open during the week, but we were able to use the pool and its amenities. My grands had a great time! I had booked another hotel for a stay in a couple of weeks, but I cancelled it and booked here again! We enjoyed our stay!”

“Breakfast was the same all three days I was there; the in-room coffee maker was dirty inside, and the microwave worked but required multiple heating cycles to actually warm things up. Everything else was excellent—the cleanliness and the service; the staff were very helpful and attentive. It was a quiet hotel, and the location was perfect for my purpose: exploring and enjoying some beaches.”
