“Not a good start at all the ac didn't work I the first room took 2 hours to get a new room then another guest threatened my wife and kids and had to call the police its not a good hotel to stay at if you have a family”

“Dirty room. Odd smells. Dirty pool/hottub. Broken ice machine. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast needs help!”

“This could be a really great property with some updates and care. There were broken cabinets in my room, a broken air conditioner and some of the carpeting tack strips are getting thin meaning I could feel the sharp points at times. The staff members were nice although not always able to be helpful. Breakfast was disappointing, I skipped it completely on the last day of the trip and there were some homeless individuals spending time in the parking lot at one point. There were some good points though, the bed was comfortable and because I had booked a suite I had a pretty large jetted tub in my room. The tub was nice although the jets weren't very powerful. I probably wouldn't stay here again but I've also been in worse places.”

“The pullout bed needed to be cleaned. Other than that it was a great stay and we’ll stay again. ”

“The queen beds are not queens. They are extra long doubles that my husband and I couldn’t sleep together in. Had to sleep on the fold out couch. Would not have booked if I had known they were not true queens.”

“Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was nice but needed deep cleaning. The shower had the best water pressure I’ve ever had at a hotel. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was yummy especially the waffles!”

“My key nor TV would work but the manager got both fixed right away. There was no pool towels. Breakfast was not good. ”
