Step into the sand right outside the door of this light and bright property on the bay! This two-bedroom unit plus sleeping loft on Shore Road in North Truro (Beach Point) is part of the Colonial Village Condo Association located on the shores of Cape Cod Bay.
This cottage, Unit #8, is directly on the beach with easy access and great views. The main living area is comfortably furnished and offers great views of the water from the living room, kitchen and dining area. The vaulted ceiling and exposed beams make the main living area open and bright. Access the deck via two sliders--on from the living area and one from the dining area. The living area has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. There is a dining area with a table that seats six just off the nicely equipped kitchen. The cottage also has an in-unit washer/dryer.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, each with one queen bed. There are also two full bathrooms on the first floor. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the second bathroom has a stall-type shower. Upstairs there is an open loft (access via ladder-type stairs), with two twin-sized beds. The cottage sleeps six comfortably.
Note: This property does not have air conditioning.
Relax and unwind on the deck with outdoor furniture, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower. The beach is less than 400 feet away down a path from the property. Spend the day at the shore lounging, swimming and beachcombing.
Conveniently located on the shuttle route. Leave your car behind and take a quick ride on the shuttle into Provincetown for shops, great restaurants, art galleries, night life, whale watches and much more! Take in expansive Race Point Beach at the tip of the Cape or bike/hike the spectacular scenery of the Provincelands and Highland Lighthouse. Just an awesome spot for your Cape Cod get-away.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
