So spacious feels like in ur own home. I dont know whether its new or not but the property is well maintained. Looks brand new. Near 711. nakakaruizawa station only 10mins walking amd also near harunire terrace.
Negative:
Position of the air condition is directly towards the bed. But its not too bothering.

Great place to stay with a large group. The three bedrooms were spacious for sleeping, the living area was a cozy spot to all hangout together, and the location was convenient, including a 7/11 walking distance away.
Negative:
I don't have any complaints, and am very satisfied with my stay. If I had to complain about anything, maybe it was a little expensive per person, but not bad at all.
