Summary: We recently returned from an unforgettable stay at the Conrad Koh Samui. From start to finish, the resort delivered a perfectly relaxing experience. While its cliffside location is undeniably remote, the sweeping views of the Five Islands and the stunning night stars make the seclusion entirely worthwhile.
Seamless Transport and Dining Flexibility
You might worry that the isolated location makes getting around difficult, but we found the transport links surprisingly efficient. Grab cars were readily accessible, and we actually experienced shorter wait times here than we did in Phuket. The resort's steep terrain is managed by a fleet of golf buggies. Theset are excellent, arriving promptly whenever you need a lift around the property.
Dining at the resort is undeniably expensive, but the hotel offers brilliant flexibility to balance your budget:
The morning spread is genuinely amazing, offering a vast selection of high-quality options that set you up for the day.
The hotel allows you to order external food deliveries via Grab. Drivers drop your food at reception, and the staff promptly deliver it right to your villa door.
We stopped at a supermarket on our way to the resort to stock up on supplies. Because the villas feature full-sized fridges, keeping snacks and drinks fresh was incredibly easy.

Summary: The buggy system was cumbersome and inconsistent. Don’t think it was a personnel issues but just the system. Could be 2-20 mins different so was hard to plan when they would come. North was very good to us the entire trip! Bill was excellent with customer service the entire time. Khim was excellent at the pool and the tour to the islands.

Summary: I want to start off by saying that you are definitely getting your money’s worth when you stay here. The whole experience was incredible from the very beginning. When you drive up, it feels like you’re nowhere near anything, and then once you arrive, it feels like paradise.
The staff really takes care of you. If you’re an English speaker, just be patient with them. No one has an attitude, and if you ask for something and they can do it, they definitely will.
The room I got was right in front of the sunset — Room 211. You have your own pool with an amazing view overlooking the ocean and the sunset. The food is exquisite. If you’re just starting off, I definitely recommend the Wagyu burger. The steakhouse is also great — just keep in mind that if you’re from the States, the steak may be prepared a little differently.
The general pool is great, and every time your room gets cleaned, it feels like you just arrived all over again. Overall, if I could live there, I definitely would. If you’re visiting, I recommend staying at least three days so you can truly enjoy everything the resort has to offer.

Summary: We recently spent a few unforgettable days at Conrad Koh Samui in a stunning two-bedroom villa, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff.
The villa itself was exceptional — spacious, beautifully designed, and with breathtaking views that are simply hard to describe. Waking up each morning overlooking the ocean was something truly special.
The food throughout our stay was incredible, with every meal beautifully presented and consistently delicious. It really added to the luxury experience.
A very special thank you to Bill from the service team, who went above and beyond to help curate and manage our experiences, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. His attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference to our stay. Thanks to Bill, we enjoyed unforgettable moments including a fantastic longboat excursion to Pig Island and smooth, stress-free transfers throughout our trip.
This was a truly memorable family holiday, and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommend Conrad Koh Samui to anyone looking for world-class service, incredible food, and one of the best views in Thailand.

Summary: Our stay at Conrad Koh Samui was truly magical. The villas are a dream – the private infinity pools and the 180-degree view of the 'Five Islands' are breathtaking. The level of privacy is unmatched.
We were especially impressed by their sustainability: 70% of the food is grown in their own garden, and you can taste the quality. The Farm Tour with Daniele was a highlight; his passion for the project is inspiring. He also brightened our mornings at breakfast with his kind soul. A huge thank you to our Concierge Nan, who coordinated our stay perfectly behind the scenes.
The entire staff is 'mega friendly' and Room Service was always on point – fast and precise.
For constructive feedback on a very high level: Breakfast could be a bit better organized. Empty dishes sometimes stayed on the table too long, and our espresso was forgotten a few times, requiring 2-3 reminders. Also, pricing for extras is quite steep (300 THB for extra salami on a pizza is a lot, even for a luxury resort).
However, these are minor details compared to the overall experience. The positives far outweigh the negatives. We would check back in tomorrow if we could! Highly recommended.
