Built in 2017, this four bedroom gem was designed by award winning firm Demetriades + Walker and embraces light from every angle. The first floor features a large open living and dining area that opens onto a large deck, a sleek well-appointed kitchen, plus a spacious master bedroom suite and a bedroom with a walk-in closet. Two additional en suite bedrooms on the finished lower level. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery.
