Pros:
Space & Value: The units are spacious with a nice second floor, offering an affordable option compared to pricier alternatives in the Canmore/Banff area.
Comfort & Amenities: The beds are comfortable, and amenities like the hot tub are a nice bonus.
Helpful Staff: The front desk attendant gave great restaurant and hiking tips, and the property manager was lovely and quick to help when our door lock malfunctioned.
Cons:
Outdated & Clunky Interior: The decor is extremely outdated, the patio furniture is cheap compared to neighboring properties, and the indoor furniture placement makes little sense.
Check-in/Checkout Issues: Arrival instructions are confusing with no clear guidance on whether to visit the main office. Pre-arrival communication regarding a minor early drop-off was unfriendly and rigid. Additionally, the digital checkout button in the guest portal didn't work, and an email regarding this went unanswered for hours.
Security Concerns: Our door's pin pad went offline completely, which was unsettling and required assistance to fix.
Overall Verdict:
It’s an okay, budget-friendly basecamp, but it desperately needs interior updates, more reliable smart locks, and a smoother check-in/checkout experience.

Summary: Our stay here was pretty hit-or-miss. Right off the bat, finding the place was annoying because the sign out front is tiny and super easy to drive right past. Check-in was quick but felt more transactional than welcoming. heads-up on the location, for now don’t expect Uber or any bus stops. A cab into Canmore runs about $30 each way. You can grab coffee or a bottle of wine nearby, but there are no grocery stores, so definitely stock up beforehand. The underground parking is great, and the bed was surprisingly firm and comfortable. That said, the amenities are pretty basic, only a couple of units have real mountain views, and our bath towels were visibly stained and dirty, which was gross. The one bedroom with pull out would be comfortable for a couple with two kids max. Honestly, it’s tough to find real value in this area, so I get why people book it. It does the job if you have a car, just need to step up their housekeeping and amenities.

Summary: Friday and Sunday over the labour day long weekend, last room over $1100 a night. Booked 10 days out, no other rooms nearby. Uncomfortable beds, Uncomfortable pillows, over stuffed head 90°to your body, lets put a lamp on a table by the coach that has no plug,and tell you to empty the all garbages and sort recycling before you leave. Don't forget to start the dishwasher too...surprised we weren't told to put the sheets and towels we used into the washer. Too much money, no resort vibe and too many chores.

Summary: The receptionist at check-in did not seem very welcoming or happy to see us. She came across as unfriendly and seemed annoyed when we arrived a bit early. At check-out, there was no one at the reception.
The bathtub in the second bathroom did not drain properly, and we also had to take out the garbage ourselves.
Overall, the experience could have been better, especially regarding the hospitality and a few maintenance issues.

Summary: We were very disappointed in our condo. The couch had huge tears and stains on it . The towels were paper thin and looked very dingy. The deck furniture was old and very dirty. It stated that it was newly remodeled but that clearly was not the case. Never again as it definitely was not worth the money and honestly was very embarrassing .

Summary: We love the little creek at the back of the property where I can walk my dog. Just a few minutes drive to Canmore and Banff it’s a great location.
