Great rooms and excellent value. A great North to South stop over and a good gym. Highly recommended for the price 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Room was spacious and clean but furniture and shower need updating. Height of shower couldn’t be changed. Not enough lighting in the room. We couldn’t turn our air con unit on or off as the button was faulty. Maintenance came and turned it on but we were unable to turn it off later so room was cold. They said it was one of the rooms it needed repairing in but they were struggling to do that as the room was frequently occupied by guests. The beds and pillows were lovely & comfortable. There was no safety deposit box in the room. Breakfast was nice and plenty of choice of hot and cold food. We were staying there as guests at a wedding. The cheese & biscuits served as a snack in the evening were lovely with various different cheeses available but no knives or plates were provided resulting in guests using their fingers - plates and cutlery were provided when we asked for them but should have been provided as the food was served.
The usual pleasant welcome and service, which all helps to build a stress-free stay.
