The Girasoli apartment is on the first floor of the farmhouse. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. The apartment is mq. 130.
It has a ceiling in exposed chestnut beams, a typical Tuscan rustic, parquet flooring in the sleeping area and terracotta in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge and freezer, kettle and toaster. Its windows overlook the garden and the pool.
At guests' disposal there is also the garden of 2.5 hectares is fenced and there are: playground, barbecue and gazebo, for relaxing outdoor dining. A pool of 18x6 m. equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs is available to our guests.
The old Aia, still original, is equipped with tables and armchairs. For guests there is also a pin pong, a volleyball court and a soccer field.
The Leopoldino farmhouse, registered by the fine arts, was renovated in 2013 respecting and preserving the original features.
The cotto is found in the dining room, in the rooms and in the corridor the floor is in parquet.
Located near the roads of great communication, reachable in just 7Km. Only 12Km. from the aero Galileo Galilei of Pisa. 15 km from the sea.
It is an ideal base for visiting the cities of art: Pisa, Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra. Remaining however in an agricultural context, where to rest comfortably and enjoy the coolness of the sea breeze.
