Nice hotel. Restaurant hours are disappointing

Slightly out of the way, but easy to find and would appear to be a recent build. Helpful check-in staff, cool room, small but nicely appointed exercise room and tiny pool. BAck garden a very relaxing space with chairs, tables and umbrellas providing welcome shade during this very hot spell. The restaurant is a little basic, but the food is good and the staff are really excellent. A nice place to stop while visiting the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum - the No, 20 bus takes you more or less door to door. (And the small Jewish Graveyard next door is both beautiful and fascinating.)

Only complaint was closet door. Thought it was locked. Had to go to front desk and ask about the door. Told me to pull it open. I didn’t want to break door.

This is a brand new hotel, it’s very little wear and tear on the furniture and the carpets throughout. The gym is well equipped and I was able to use the bicycle to exercise during my visits there. There’s a nice swimming pool indoors which is a great addition for when a granddaughter wants to come swimming with her grandfather. They have a nice restaurant there but I usually travel with my own meals however since there’s no kettle in the room they are quite happy to fill up your mug with hot water if you need it for tea. The staff are exceptionally well trained and very helpful. There’s four family restaurants within walking distance of the Property. Of all the hotels I stayed in Hamilton this is probably the one that I will return to when I need to visit family there.

Not only was my room very clean, the furniture was very new and the shower had zero mold. I was very impressed with the gym also as there are two different types of bikes for me to use for exercise. There’s a very nice restaurant on the premise and five different family restaurants in the neighbourhood within walking distance. Although it was a little at away from where I was doing my work, it was really a nice peaceful property and made my stay very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this to someone who is going to be staying three or four nights in Hamilton and wants a full service and clean property at a reasonable price.

Upon arrival check in was flawless with no issues. The man who checked us in gave us all the information we needed. He told us about the amenities, the restaurant, how to reach out if needing anything. The check-in took about 5 minutes. The hotel was really clean, not just our room but also the courtyard area, pool, main lobby, restaurant area and the bathrooms. The hotel staff were very approachable, ready to help out, and super friendly. The hotel is also very accessible for those who have accessibility needs. The coffee at the restaurant was perfect, a little expensive but very good. I stayed 2 nights and have no complaints. Check-out was under a minute, with no issue. Highly recommend and will be back :)
