I am a well travelled person who has stayed a lot in hotels and so know a thing or two about hotels. I was an international travel checking in to the Hotel Courtyard by Marriott Munich at Garching, Germany. The lady who checked me in was very rude and not at all in a mood to talk to me or answer any of my questions. She was holding my credit card for a much higher amount than what I had booked the hotel room. When I showed her my online reservation confirmation, she was not very nice and did hold the amount that I had booked for plus for any unexpected charges that I may incur which is a normal practice in many hotels and I understand that. I asked her about breakfast and she rudely told me a rate that was not what I was told when I was booking the hotel room. Again, I would have been okay had she spoken properly to me. In short, I expected top be treated a little better than the treatment I received at this Marriott.
