“Arrived at 2 and was informed that the room would be ready at 3, which fine because that was check-in time. Came back at 3 and room was not ready. Was told that the room would be ready in 30 minutes, that they were working on it now, so we came back at 330. The room was not ready but would be ready shortly. We hung around and checked every 10-15 minutes and kept being told soon. We decided to take a walk around and got a call 4:04 that the room was ready. The clerk kept apologizing but if we had known at 2 that the rooms wouldn’t be ready we would’ve toured around instead of waiting around. I’m very disappointed for the time that was wasted. I’m glad that the room was nice when we finally got checked in.”

“Overall the stay was good! Unfortunately, the pool was not open, pool operating times are not posted on their website. We brought bathing suits and were disappointed to learn it was unavailable. There weren't enough towels, we had to keep asking for more towels, housekeeping cleans every other day. The building is old and could use decor updates. Rooms were clean, however bugs were found in the bathroom, no one rushed to clean it up when it was reported. AC unit was very loud and difficult to sleep with. On the flip side, staff was very friendly, breakfast was good and the fitness room was ok. The hotel is located in walking distance to the downtown area which was a plus for us.”
