Very pleased with the staff the hotel and the rooms. Have stayed there a number of times and have not been to satisfied. Will be coming back August 2nd or 3rd. See you then

Stayed here several times and it's always a great experience. Clean room and staff is friendly and helpful. We'll continue to stay here in the future.

The hotel is dated and we had to drive around for 15 minutes looking for packing.

I was at located on first floor and definitely is not a good recommendation because you can heard everything from hallways, second floor and street level and also equipment was no attached in tile wall on the correct and secure way, and it broke and I fell into the shower floor causing scratches in my back and I hope it doesn’t cause any other damage in my back on the long term but if I need I will go to doctor to check my self if I have pain the next day

Room was clean and plenty space… but we did have a few issues to speak of. We arrived late the first night. We checked in and brought our things to the room. From the balcony (nice bonus to have!) we could see people in the courtyard using the fire pits. We gathered a few things and went to enjoy that area. When we got there the fires were out. I asked at the desk and was told they were closed since 10pm ( we had seen them on well after that) and that they were out of fuel. She could not give me info on if they would be open the rest of the weekend or times. The next day we also arrived late after a long day of judging a local competition. There were no parking spaces available at all. There were even cars already parked in every space big enough for a vehicle that wasn’t an actual spot. I had paid for parking, so went inside to ask what to do. I was directed to park my car either on the Main Street of an urban area or a parking garage the next block over. These options would have both cost additional money when I had chosen this hotel specifically to have a safe place to park and had paid for that spot… I will give credit to the staff member that offered to move his own car to allow me to park when I pointed out that I am disabled and unable to walk from the next block with bags, etc. When we made it to the room that night it was to find that the room had never been cleaned or trash emptied or towels replaced!

Quinena-Marie ( Q ) helped very much juggling checkins and the mismatch between hotems.com and your system which dropped my payment for some reason.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The bar/lounge area was okay, but the paper menus gave it a cheaper feel than expected. I ordered a margarita that unfortunately wasn’t very good, and the dinner food quality was just average. Breakfast was definitely the highlight of the stay and much better than dinner.

You should go back to free breakfast you used to have as it was much better than what you have now. Also, the shower water was like warm and the hot water from the faucet was scalding hot - which doesn’t make sense except trying to save money. Disappointed in my room from what I experienced in the same hotel in the past.

Very clean! Comfortable beds!

The staff was very attentive, the property was very well maintained, and the location was convenient to everything.
