“Great location clean environment”

“There was no breakfast buffet, no hot tub and no pool as advertised. I felt duped because I specifically used those filters and found this hotel. However, the staff were friendly”

“If you're just driving through for a night it may be fine. I recommend asking for a room that isn't joining as the walls are very thin and you can hear and smell everything from the room next door. The room beside us waa very loud, so much so I thought people were fighting and yelling in the hallway in fron of our door but it was just the joining room. The TV volume overshadowed our TV volume. The guests next door were smoking cigarettes and Marijuana which made out room smell like both of those. We did alert the staff to the issue and requested to move. The staff were understanding and helpful and relocated us. The amenities were iffy as the pool was closed and unaccessible. The workout room was accessible but the key swipe was broken and the staff assisted with entry. As I said it can do if you are just passing through. But you may encounter an issue or 2.”

“The room was clean and no real signs of wear. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly. Parking seemed ok. Unsure if there were additional spots along the back or side of property.”

“The elevator was broken. Had to drag my belongings to the 3rd floor. Refrigerator bottom broken and ice bucket was dirty.”

“The hotel was ok and in a good location. My major problem is being nickel and dimes for features that are free even in most economy hotels. They advertise breakfast is every morning from 8:30 - 10:30 AM but neglect to inform you of the hyper inflated cost. As an example; a cup of coffee that the front desk clerk pumped from a storage container was $4.50. Breakfast food was equally overpriced.”

“This hotel definitely has some challenges. However I do have to say that after bringing my concerns to the management they really did their best to go above and beyond to make things right.”

“Property did not meet expectations. Room was very awkward with TV viewed from the side of bed not the foot. Bath tub was extremely small. Window ledges were extremely dirty. Light from hallway was very visible in the room. Not very sound-proof. Noisy hallway. Toilet was extremely low. Few tissues were left in box and when used asked for replacement but was told they needed the empty box before a replacement was given. Pool was not available but was not made aware of this until after check-in. Overall was not a good experience.”
