Upstairs, you will find 3 well appointed bedrooms - one double bedroom, a twin and an extra bed in the single room. Upon request, the twin beds can be changed into a super king. In the single room you will find a good quality folding bed with a deep sprung mattress. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath, toilet and sink.
Parking is simple, with your own parking space, plus plenty of parking nearby on the road, giving you easy access to explore the beautiful surrounding areas—from coastal paths to historic sites and local attractions.

Located just outside the historic market town of St Austell, Duporth is a peaceful and picturesque coastal area that offers visitors the perfect mix of seclusion and access to some of Cornwall’s best-loved destinations. Beyond the beaches, the area is rich in attractions such as the world-renowned Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and numerous quaint fishing villages like Mevagissey, all within easy reach. The house is a 5 minute drive from the coast path and the wide unspoilt sandy Porthpean beach, great for swimming, peaceful sunbathing or simply soaking up the stunning sea views, it's also great for paddle boarding or exploring the coastline in a kayak. You may even be lucky enough to catch the resident family of seals. Or the famous old port of Charlestown is a 5 minute drive, with 2 sand and pebble beaches and a host of restaurants, cafes, 2 pubs and many artisan shops.
