THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Our home belongs to a peaceful and quiet neighborhood: feel safe to walk or jog the hills while enjoying gorgeous views of Downtown, Metrotown and North Shore Mountains.
Capitol Hill is situated in North Burnaby, Vancouver suburb, minutes away from Simon Fraser University, BCIT, Burnaby Hospital, 25 min car ride to downtown Vancouver, 20 min to Metrotown Shopping Centre, 10 min to Brentwood town center. Easy access to North Shore skiing: Grouse Mountain, Cypress and Seymour Mountain.
Close to The Burnaby Heights Hastings Street where you can find all sorts of shops and restaurants. Eileen Daily recreational centre is in walking proximity or a short car ride.
GUEST ACCESS
Private access to the suite is located in the back of the home on the ground level. The garden is shared with the homeowners who live upstairs.

We are a friendly and caring family willing to offer a safe and clean accommodation you can call home. We respect your privacy and will do our best to be available to answer any questions whether you need advice for local activities, sightseeing, restaurants or wines.

Sorry no laundry, but there is a laundry mat on Hastings Street 3 min by car or 20 min walk.
We, a family of 4, live upstairs. Being that is an older structure, you might hear noises that travel through the floor/wall periodically during the day. Kids attend school and activities and are out most parts of the day. When we are home if the occasional muffled voices bother you, please let us know when you are here. We can appreciate some people are more sensitive to noise compared to others.
We strive to provide a 5 star accommodation to all our guests. At any time, please let us know how we can improve your stay while you are here, so we have a chance to accommodate your reasonable request. Giving us feedback when you leave is also appreciate however we hope it will not impact your rating decision and final review. A complaint in your final review gives us no chance to improve.

The neighbourhood is served by a bus ****Bus Stop #132 is approximately 100 feet away from home and runs every 30 min****providing connections with the Burnaby Heights shopping district along Hastings Street, Eileen Dailly swimming pool, the McGill branch of Burnaby Public Library and Brentwood Mall to the south.

*Close to The Heights shopping - all along Hastings Street from Boundary Road to past Kensington Plaza.
