This Southwestern Modern Mountain Cottage welcomes you to the heart of Deer Creek Canyon 15 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater, 30 minutes to Denver, and just minutes from the nearest hiking/biking trails for the summer and easy access to I70 to hit the slopes during the winter months.
With countless updates and lots of love, we’ve been able to take what was once an abandoned house and turned it into a cozy home full of character tucked away in the peaceful foothills of the Rockies for others to experience and enjoy.

Our home is nestled on over an acre of land tucked away in the foothills of the mountains. Please ensure that you are comfortable with wild life and an isolated, private getaway. We cannot control what animals live nearby our property and decide to pay a visit nor when they do! Embrace them and treat them with love. :) Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
