Our guest house is located in a safe, quiet family neighborhood in Spring, TX. Great location with easy access to I-45, Hardy Toll Road and State Hwy 99 and nearby grocery stores and restaurants. This guest house includes amenities such as smart TV, microwave, full size refrigerator, Wi-fi, stove-top, a Keurig, along with free parking. An air mattress is available upon request for additional sleeping space.
We loved our stay. The owners communication was prompt and kind. The studio apartment was larger than expected and clean. Check in and check out was a breeze and we were grateful for the generosity of the owners. Beautiful neighborhood and great location. Highly recommend!

Came into town for Ironman. It was a great location for the race. Close to so many things and the host were fantastic! Perfect alternative to a hotel especially when traveling for racing!

We loved our stay. The owners communication was prompt and kind. The studio apartment was larger than expected and clean. Check in and check out was a breeze and we were grateful for the generosity of the owners. Beautiful neighborhood and great location. Highly recommend!

We were a little skeptical about staying in a guest house but it was the nicest apartment! So clean, private with everything you need for a short stay. The owners were super nice and we would definitely consider this home again!
