Positive: Cozy, decent clean, had everything needed for a short stay!
Negative: Very steep stair case, many opportunities to hit your head in this attic apartment, owner was rude, threatened to add charges for which he was in the wrong and it was difficult to communicate making me waste lots of time justifying and supporting with links to laws. He furthermore requested additional not previously disclosed check out chores last minute via email (which I actually didn’t see until after checking out) .
Summary: Aside the stressful circumstances and unpleasant communication with the owner who also lamented to me about booking.com

Positive: We had a nice stay and it was very cozy. The apartment was very clean and met our needs. The locking system made us feel very secure and safe. The furnishings and decor were unique and made for a relaxing environment. Kitchen was nicely stocked with essentials and appliances were in good condition and clean. Bathroom was roomy, much nicer than you'd expect and nicely updated with nice fixtures. The bedroom was cozy but also nicely decorated. Loved the down comforter!
Negative: About the only things were some electrical outlets that didn't seem to work and made us a little worried, ladybugs throughout the apartment, and having to throw soiled toilet paper in garbage vs being able to flush down toilet. Probably the last was most disappointing and unexpected.
Summary: Cozy, Quaint and Quiet

Positive:
We loved this apartment and even though our circumstance was not for vacation, when suddenly needed a clean safe place in our town because we had a broken furnace, the place was perfect. We had to extend our stay and were not too upset to stay longer. Truly very cute and cozy and had everything needed. We would stay again if needed arises.
Negative:
Some outlets didn't work, few ladybugs share the space, hit our heads on low ceilings a couple times, and bed was very firm. Nothing horrible.
Summary: Nice Stay

Positive:
No breakfast. Location accommodated my immediate needs. Price was not too bad compared to other nearby locations that seemed to in no way provide the quality I was looking for; and the price was far less than Hotels that were quite far away and much more expensive. The apartment was on the third floor, and certain places were a bit low, but the apartment itself was actually quite large. Plenty of room without feeling cramped
Negative:
Parking was limited; but the host was very gracious in making accommodations. Also, Booking.com did not really provide information for checking in; especially for someone who does not regularly utilize Air BnB opportunities.
Summary: The host was very kind, and made sure that setting was safe, private, and quiet.
