Guest Access:
Check-in is completely contact free—guests use a key pad to unlock the home from the front entrance. The home is all yours with the exception of the garage. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.
Getting Around:
-If you're not bringing your car we have ample parking. Uber/Lyft are your very accessible.

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings or No Unregistered guests. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking.
Be kind to the neighbors.
Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways.
If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Local guests—please contact us before making a reservation. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we need to provide prior authorization or preapproval for local bookings. This policy helps us manage our property effectively and maintain a welcoming environment for everyone. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Pets:
We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.
Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available if you cancel more than five days before your arrival, minus any processing fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within five days of arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
