Negative: You get a complete little house, so that is good, only it is dated and the beds were bad, we didn't sleep all night. This is a pitty because the location is perfect, but I would advice to update it a little bit and put some better beds in.

Positive:
Walking distance to town centre with many shops and supermarkets. Large private parking space right next to property. Friendly host living next door, very easy check-in and -out. Comfortable stay. Self-catering. Close to the famous Pieterpad long-distance walking path.
Negative:
The location is a bit noisy with the windows open since it is situated on a main road. Note: there is no microwave which limits somewhat the self-catering possibilities.
Summary: Comfortable stay
