Positive: From the initial arrival Mike and Mandy were excellent, friendly and so welcoming. We were met on the drive and taken to the Lodge where the hot tub controls were explained and the local area and places to eat.
The Lodge itself was excellent with everything you could need available, towels, robes toiletries, and brew making kit. The hottub itself was excellent and available 24/7 which was amazing to chill in after a walk to the local pub (which is also excellent) for a meal and drink.
I cannot recommend Cypress Log Cabins enough, we will definitely be back.

Hosts friendly and welcoming, hot tub, robes, privacy.
Negative:
Very unhappy with quality and price of breakfast, £25.00 charge for breakfast, Iceland white thick cut loaf, Iceland milk, cheap tropical juice, poor selection of jams. I was embarrassed to tell my husband how much I had paid for a slice of toast that didn't fit toaster, a few cereal selection boxes but not worth the money, unfortunately this let place down as everything else was brilliant. I only had breakfast as when checking on Booking.com you only got the swans if you paid for an extra, funny this was we didn't get swans either

Hosts were very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. Great location for visiting the new forest and the south coast.
Negative:
If I had to say something, I'd say maybe the shower was a bit small, but that is really nitpicking.
