Perfect location for the beach and amenities at Fiumicello, and short walk to Maratea Port and the excellent restaurants there.
Private off road parking available and host very kindly met us to guide us in.
Negative: Overall good but there are a number of improvements that should be made.
Most importantly there were two slats missing from the shutter in the bedroom and with no other means of light exclusion light would flood in in the early morning.
Summary: Very spacious and comfortable, a friendly host, and perfect location. Maratea is stunningly beautiful, it exceeded our e

Positive:
Spacious, comfortable and really nicely decorated apartment with great mountain views from the lovely large terrace, and also the smaller terrace off the bedroom. It is tucked away in a quiet area away from the road (which is not busy) and was very peaceful. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy, and appliances all worked well. The owners are very nice and helpful. We were there well outside the holiday season (end of October) and we found the location ideal for this, as there were still local restaurants and small bars open, within very easy walking distance, a great little supermarket and a local community. The beach is a short walk away with very pretty surroundings. Maratea old town is a short drive and has absolutely spectacular views.
Negative:
Nothing - everything was good.
Summary: Lovely, comfortable apartment in a very pretty area.
