Tbh it was fine. I like the ambiance the lower lights etc. however the room were slightly disappointing, paid for executive and the only difference was the bed Expected a little more for my money. The bed have not grt mattress topper , lumpy. Again expected more from executive room But overall fine
The first room we checked into had blood on the covers. Spoke to receptionist who moved us room. Next room the top pillow was filthy, again back to receptionist and asked to speak to manager. Manager never came to speak to us, we got another room which was ok. Towel rail thick with dust. Bar was good with nice service. Receptionist was also welcoming I have emailed hotel to discuss
Hotel was very nice, evening meal was a limited menu, but food was very average for the cost.
