The house is a short, pretty walk along the river to the village of Addingham, with beautiful surroundings countryside, and great views from the house.
A lovely house which I would recommend strongly.

Positive: Great property with lots of space for a larger group, so well equipped, everything you could ever need on holiday (and more besides). Easy to walk to Addingham, we ate at The Fleece (highly recommended) and easy for taxi's to/from The Tither Barn for weddings etc. Sara was very efficient with comms and we really appreciated the welcome gifts.
Negative: Nothing - all good.

Unfortunately for us at the time we stayed. We had construction works going on behind us. But this is at no fault of the properties. We still had a great stay

Very comfortable spacious modern house, nice and clean, lots of games for kids to play, lots of toilets/shower/ bathrooms, parking provided.
Negative:
No major fault to find, just very minor quibbles. At night, arriving for the first time, it was a little hard to find the turn off the main road. The radiator in the single room would not turn off. Electric piano did not work.
