De Heerlykheid Reviews
Reviewer Type: Extended Group
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location is quiet, easy to reach and not far from Eindhoven airport. Living room is nicely furnished with sofa and dining table. Kitchen is complete with stove, dishwasher, fridge, utensils and coffee machine (coffee bean is provided - wow !). Bathroom is spacious and water pressure is good. Garden is complete with furniture and view from garden is lovely and pleasant. Everything is tidy and clean.
Negative: Mattress, mattress top and pillows are too soft. Bedroom is upstairs and not on the same floor. Staircase to bedroom is quite steep. No air-conditioning - probably, it's not necessary except for hot summer day/night. However, inverter air-conditioning can be used for heating during cold winter nights and probably, more efficient than radiator. The bedroom is upstairs and can be hot and humid if outside temperature is above 25 degree C. These are just personal preferences and suggestions. During my stay, outside temperature during the night dropped to below 25 degree C and it was pleasant. Overall, I really like the house and enjoy the stay.
Summary: Lovely house with complete kitchen, living room and nice garden at a good location.
