De Scheve Deur Reviews
“An unforgettable stay!
The place was extremely clean, cozy, and comfortable. The host was exceptionally kind and warm—even though we arrived very late at night, they personally came out to welcome us, which we truly appreciated.
The best part was the lovely gesture of writing my name on the front door to welcome us! It made me feel so special and created such a warm vibe. I’d definitely stay here again!”

“Lovely location with a unique character. Friendly hosts, who live next door and clear instructions. Free and convenient parking 2 minutes walk from the front door. The kitchen is well equiped.
Vollenhove is a cute little city. There is ample shopping within a five minute walk of the house. The place is excellent for exploring the wider surroundings. Zwolle is a great city at about a half hour drive. There are also lots of other nice destinations nearby, like Kampen, Urk, Lemmer, and all kinds of beautiful watery landscapes (rivers, IJsselmeer, polderlandscapes, peat extractions etc.) giving you a historic crash course in how-to-build-the-netherlands. Amsterdam is only slightly over an hour away too.”
“Great location, certainly could be worth it making it your destination”
