“We were unfortunately disappointed with Dear Lisbon. The fan in our bathroom was so deafening, that we tried to shower in the dark, or take as short as possible time in the bathroom. We mentioned this to the front desk on 3 occasions, but were told it was ‘normal’ or just ignored. Our door key also didn’t turn or lock properly. The lift was broken, so long flights of stairs to the 3rd floor can get tiring and tricky with bags. There’s no tea/coffee in the rooms (or any food allowed) but you could walk down the stairs to get some in the lounge. We also found the front reception disinterested in helping and lacking in customer service. It is a reasonably expensive hotel in Lisbon, so we were disappointed. That said the rooms are nice. The location is good and the breakfast excellent.”

“Lovely breakfast in the morning-phenomenal staff that was able to make great recommendations for food-entertainment and tours. The rooms were clean and spacious with an old world charm. Hotel location is central to everything. Highly recommend using the hotel to arrange hotel transfers as they make it so easy and comfortable.”
