Negative: Occasionally we had to park over the road., however this is free so not too much of a problem.could do with a light in the garden,just for taking dog to loo after dark.

Positive: Beautiful apartment, actually bigger than the pictures suggest- clean and tidy with cool picture frames and decor, beds were comfy and amenities plentiful. The red lion next had a fun atmosphere, very kid friendly and the live music was great! Close by to prestatyn town and lots of pretty beaches, whilst the location is super peaceful and the waterfall and ice cream shop is just over the road. Definitely will be coming again

The place was clean comfortable and had everything we required
The Red next door had wonderful breakfasts and coffee and cakes
Pilates and Yoga was amazing as was the Quiz night at the Red
All pubs nearby did home cooked food that was excellent
