- very clean and cozy
- landlord is super friendly and even brought us some pastries for breakfast
- once you close the door to the rather unsightly side street you are only looking at fruit orchards and mountains
Negative: - in our room description we had 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed and one sofa, while we Doty f out that there is only one queen size bed on the first floor and two sofa beds on the ground floor. Landlord provided spare bed, but this info should better be corrected
- location is about 1 km from. the beach in a rather unsightly street

Positive: The property was very clean, modern and comfortable, with nicely chosen furnishings and fittings.It was bordered by pomegranate and citrus orchards to the rear and to one side. The kitchen was particularly well fitted (although, strangely, there was no bread knife; we alerted the owner to this). The swimming pool was small but clean and inviting and the garden, with its fruit-laden lemon trees and comfortable, tasteful furnishings, was a nice place to relax in the sun. It was also lovely at night in the garden, with discreet but very effective lighting giving a romantic ambience.The owners were very pleasant, even bringing us fresh artisan breads for breakfast in the morning. While we are not interested in watching TV while on holiday, there are 2 wall mounted TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, with access to Netflix, YouTube, etc as well as conventional Turkish channels. The property was easy to access, being down a short track which led to a parking area next to the property, just off the main Adrasan road. It was a few minutes drive from Adrasan bay. We had a short but very pleasant stay at the property and would wholeheartedly recommend it.
Negative: I was initially surprised by the size of the garden - it had looked quite large from the photos, but in fact the whole size of the plot in which the property sits is a little under 50 feet square. I was also somewhat disappointed in the balcony - in the photo it is shown as being open to the elements and having a view over orchards to the mountains beyond. In actual fact the balcony is now roofed over and enclosed all round with clear plastic blinds (which can be unzipped and rolled up) and while there is indeed a lovely outlook to the side of the balcony (as shown in the photo) the front looks directly over the rather scruffy car park area
