Positive: This is great accommodation, we stayed in the same apartment in 2023 and in 2024 it's even better. We never go back to same place but we had such a lovely, relaxed holiday last year we decided to go back. The owners are so helpful, friendly and know Paros well. Everything is in walking distance, from a beech to excellent restaurants or if you want to go further the bus service is very reliable, frequent and good value for money. They are in process of upgrading the apartments. They've put fly screen on the doors and windows, simple change but it stopped the mosquitoes. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need. 3 different appliances to make your choice of fresh coffee, very important to us. They've even added an airfryer.
Fantastic place, we've already recommended it to our friends and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
Negative: I can honestly say there wasn't anything we didn't like. There isn't a pool but with the beach just round the corner it's not needed.
Summary: Fabulous apartment

Positive: We loved that the place was clean, clutter free, and bright. The layout was great with a double door leading to a private balcony. There were some basic things in the kitchen, like olive oil, coffee and tea, salt and pepper, so we didn't have to buy unnecessary things in order to prepare a meal.

Very close to the wonderful Logaras Beach (just 2 minutes walk). The host Elias and his mother Maria were very nice, they texted us the day before in order to arrange us the transfer from the port to the Studios (which is located on the other part of Paros Island).
Summary: Suggested!

Positive:
Elias and his mother are great hosts! They make sure that the guests are comfortable and are enjoying their holiday.
The studios are located in a very nice area (very closed to the beach, to restaurants and to two shops).
The room that we had had everything we needed (small kitchenette, clean towels and bed line ).
Negative:
The rooms had two AC, but, unfortunately, they were not functioning properly. Considering the temperature (and the mosquitos), it would be good to repair them.
It would be good to check some things between guest stays. Our shower was broken, but fortunately we managed to fix it ourselves.

Positive:
The room is quite good, it has a balcony and a small kitchen with appliances. The location is good, there is a beach nearby, restaurants and a market not too far.
Negative:
Not so easy to take shower, because the showering area is too small, the curtains and shower aren't the best. But it seems that anywhere in Greece is very similar... Not a big issue though.
